I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and board-approved supervisor with roughly thirteen years in community mental health, residential addiction treatment, and clinical training. My expertise sits at the intersection of providing robust clinical care and building systems that empower quality care for all in the community.
In my day role, I direct clinical training for one of the largest community mental health centers in Texas, where I've built training infrastructure supporting hundreds of clinicians. Through Ahles Clinical Consulting, I bring that same work to individuals and organizations directly.
My clinical grounding is in family systems and evidence-based practice: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and a supervisory philosophy that prioritizes integrating compassionate care with purposeful clinical skill.
